We had Wayan traced through TripAdvisor. He organized the Airport transfers and tours for us. On offer individual pre arranged tours – but he or his staff are not official tourist guide – but driver. English is well controlled. He always responds to requests prompt and binding. The discussed services and price fixing have been complied with – no negotiating etc. So absolutely reliable.
